Brilliyo provides platform services for learning delivery, learner profiles, institute operations, and business hiring or upskilling workflows. Features may vary by account type.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining account security, accuracy of submitted information, and lawful use of platform features. Institute and business admins are responsible for managing user permissions in their organizations.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, violate intellectual property rights, upload harmful content, or use Brilliyo in violation of applicable laws.
5. Payments and Commercial Terms
Certain services may be paid. Pricing, subscription terms, billing cycles, and applicable taxes are communicated at purchase time or in the relevant service agreement.
6. Data and Content Rights
You retain rights to your original content. You grant Brilliyo the rights necessary to host, process, and display that content for providing platform services according to your settings.
7. Service Availability and Changes
We may update features, improve systems, or perform maintenance. While we aim for high availability, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Brilliyo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or legal requirements. You may stop using the service at any time.
