Academics Feature – Library Management

The Library feature in Brilliyo Academics helps institutes manage and share learning resources such as PDFs, documents, notes, and study materials with students in an organized way. Administrators can upload resources, categorize them by course and subject, and easily search or filter materials whenever needed.

This feature helps maintain a centralized digital library for educational content.

Main Options in Library Feature

• Add Resource
• Manage Learning Materials
• Filter and Search Resources

1. Add Resource (Upload Study Material)

This option allows administrators to upload new learning resources for students.

Step-by-Step Process

1. Go to Academics → Library from the dashboard.
2. Click Add Resource.
3. Enter the Resource Title.
4. Add a Description explaining the resource (optional).
5. Select the Resource Type (for example: PDF, Document, etc.).
6. Choose the Course for which the resource is created.
7. Select the Subject related to the course.
8. Choose the Branch if the resource belongs to a specific branch.
9. Upload the resource file (PDF or document).
10. Click Save / Add Resource.

✅ The study material will now be added to the library and available for students.

2. View Library Resources

All uploaded resources appear in the Resources List inside the library.

Here administrators can see:

• Resource Title
• Course Name
• Subject
• Resource Type
• Uploaded Materials

This allows easy management of all learning materials in one place.

3. Search and Filter Resources

The Filters section helps administrators quickly find specific resources.

Available filters include:

• Search – Find resources by title or keyword
• Course Filter – Show materials for a specific course
• Subject Filter – Filter resources by subject
• Type Filter – Filter by resource type (PDF, etc.)

There is also a Clear Filters option to reset all filters.
