Brilliyo Institute – Institute Management
1. Overview
The Institute feature allows users to create and manage their educational institutes on Brilliyo.
Users can register an institute, select the required Brilliyo products, update institute details, manage branches, add metadata, and delete an institute when required.
This feature helps institutes manage their institutional information and access different Brilliyo services from one place.
2. Sign Up Your Institute
Follow these steps to register a new institute.
Step 1: Open Institute Sign Up
Open the Brilliyo platform.
Go to the Institute section.
Select Sign Up Your Institute.
The registration form will appear.
Step 2: Verify the Email
The form displays the email address being used for registration.
Example: karmakaresha02@gmail.com
Step 3: Enter Institute Name
Find the Institute Name* field.
Enter the official name of your institute.
Example: DigiMaster Academy.
Step 4: Select Products
Under the Products section, select at least one Brilliyo product.
Available products include:

Brilliyo Live | Conduct live classes, streaming sessions, and real-time teaching. |
Brilliyo Attendance | Mark attendance, review reports, and manage face recognition. |
Brilliyo Exams | Manage question banks, online assessments, and certificates. |
Brilliyo Transport | Manage routes, vehicles, drivers, and student assignments. |
Brilliyo Placement | Manage job postings, applications, and placement records. |
Important: You must select at least one product to register your institute. You can add other products later from the Products menu.
Step 5: Submit Registration
Review the institute name and selected products.
Click Sign Up.
Your institute registration request will be submitted.
3. Manage Existing Institutes
After registration, you can view your institute in the Institute section.

From this section, you can manage your institute information.
4. Edit Institute Name
If the institute name changes or needs correction, you can update it.
Open the Institute section.
Find the institute you want to update.
Select the Edit option.
Update the institute name.
Save the changes.
Example: Update an existing institute name from DigiMaster Academy to another official name.
5. Add Institute Metadata
Institute metadata allows you to add additional information about your institute.
Open the required institute.
Go to the metadata section or editing option.
Add or update the available metadata fields.
Save the changes.
Metadata helps maintain additional institute-related information.
Note: The exact metadata fields depend on the options available in the institute settings.
6. Add a Branch
If your institute operates from multiple locations, you can add separate branches.
Open the Institute section.
Select the required institute.
Go to the Branch Management option.
Click Add Branch.
Enter the required branch details.
Save the branch information.
You can use this option to organize multiple branches under one institute.
7. Delete an Institute
If an institute is no longer required, you may use the Delete option.
Open the Institute section.
Find the institute you want to remove.
Select the Delete option.
Review the confirmation message, if displayed.
Confirm the deletion only if you are sure.
Important: Deleting an institute may affect its associated data, branches, users, and product access. Review the consequences carefully before confirming.
8. Benefits of Institute Management
Register institutes easily.
Select the required Brilliyo products.
Manage institute information.
Update institute names.
Add and manage branches.
Maintain additional institute metadata.
Remove institutes that are no longer required.
Quick Navigation: Institute → Sign Up Your Institute → Enter Institute Name → Select Products → Sign Up → Manage Institute → Edit / Add Metadata / Add Branch / Delete.
