Brilliyo Placement Engine – Matched Jobs
What is the Matched Jobs feature?
The Matched Jobs feature in Brilliyo Placement Engine helps institutes identify job opportunities that are relevant to their students. It brings job opportunities and student placement information together, helping placement teams understand which opportunities may suit their students' profiles.
The dashboard is designed to show relevant job opportunities based on matching information, along with the students represented in those matches and the match scores provided by the system.

Step 6: Improve Matching Readiness
If relevant matches are not appearing, review the placement setup:
Open Student Intelligence.
Check whether students have uploaded their resumes.
Ensure resumes have been successfully processed.
Review student profiles for missing information.
Return to Matched Jobs and check the available opportunities again.
Students need uploaded and successfully processed resumes to become eligible for placement matching through the student matching workflow.
How to Understand the Dashboard When No Matches Are Available
The dashboard may not display job opportunities immediately. This can happen when no matching opportunities are available for the current filters, or when the information needed for matching is not yet available.
For user-facing documentation, explain the empty state in clear language rather than showing confusing technical values.
Dashboard item | Recommended user-friendly explanation |
|---|---|
Relevant Jobs | No matching job opportunities are available for the current filters. |
Relevant Students | No students are currently represented in the matching results. |
Average Match | A match score will appear when matching results are available. |
Opportunities list | No matching opportunities found. Try adjusting your search or filters. |
These are suggested explanatory messages for documentation or interface design, not a claim that the live dashboard already displays this exact wording.
