CRM – Integrations
The Integrations feature in Brilliyo CRM allows you to connect your website, WhatsApp, email, and social pages with your CRM lead pipeline. This helps bring leads from external channels into your CRM for centralized lead management.
How to Create a New Website Integration
Step 1: Open CRM
Log in to your Brilliyo account.
From the main menu, open CRM.
Step 2: Open Integrations
Go to the Integrations section in CRM.
Here, you can manage the integrations connected to your CRM.
Step 3: Click “New Website Integration”
To create a new website integration, click New Website Integration.
A new integration form will open.
Step 4: Enter the Integration Name
In the Integration Name field, enter a name for your integration.
For example:
Main Website
Choose a name that makes it easy to identify the website connected to your CRM.
Step 5: Select the Default Medium
In the Default Medium field, select or enter the medium that should be associated with leads received through this integration.
This helps identify how the lead entered your CRM.
Step 6: Add Allowed Domains
In the Allowed Domains field, enter the website hostname that is allowed to send browser-based lead submissions to your CRM.
Enter one hostname per line.
For example:
www.example.com
Only add domains that you want to authorize for this integration.
Important: Browser submissions require an allowed Origin. Server-to-server submissions use the integration secret.
Step 7: Check the Source
The Source is automatically set to:
WEBSITE
This field is fixed.
Website integrations cannot be used to impersonate internal CRM sources.
Step 8: Select the Default Branch
In the Default Branch field, select the branch where leads from this website should be assigned.
If your organization has multiple branches, choose the appropriate branch for the website leads.
Step 9: Select the Default Counsellor
In the Default Counsellor field, select how incoming leads should be assigned.
The available assignment option includes:
Round robin assignment
This allows incoming leads to be distributed among counsellors in rotation.
Step 10: Review the Security Model
Before creating the integration, review the security instructions.
Brilliyo provides two ways to submit website leads:
Server-side integration:
Use the integration secret only from your website's backend. Never expose the server secret in browser-side code.
Browser-based forms:
Use the public key together with an allowed Origin. The server secret must never be exposed to website visitors or placed in frontend/browser code.
Step 11: Create the Integration
After entering all the required information, review the details.
Click Create integration.
Your website integration will be created and can then be used to connect your website with the Brilliyo CRM lead pipeline.
Important Security Guidelines
Keep the integration secret private.
Use the secret only from your website backend.
Never place the server secret in frontend or browser code.
For browser-based forms, use the public key and an allowed Origin.
Add only trusted website hostnames under Allowed Domains.
Make sure the default branch and counsellor assignment are configured correctly.
